Enable the import of taxonomy to the SharePoint Term Store

Uploading taxonomies to the SharePoint Term Store requires two things: 

1. Authorize Easy Taxonomy™ to manage the SharePoint Term store by approving the request in the SharePoint Admin Center / API Access page.

2. The user uploading the taxonomy to the term store must be identified as Term Store administrator. Taxonomy Administrators can be assigned in the SharePoint Admin Center / Term Store page.

3. The user uploading the taxonomy to the term store must have the approver role in the Easy Taxonomy™ app.

4.  The taxonomy must be in the Published state in order to be uploaded to the term store.
