Make sure the Taxonomy Dashboard is installed before installing the Taxonomy Details Web-part. Learn more about installing the Taxonomy Dashboard.
Follow the steps below to install the Taxonomy Details we
1. Navigate to Pages and create a New Site Page.
2. Enter the page title, e.g. Taxonomy Details.
3. Click the Plus sign icon to add a Web-part and select the Taxonomy Details web part.
Note: You can use the Search option to find the Taxonomy Details web part.
4. click the Edit icon to edit the Taxonomy Details web-part configuration.
The web part is added and the Taxonomy Details pane is displayed.
5. Enter the previously copied URL of the Taxonomy Dashboard in the field Dashboard Page URL.
6. Click Apply.
7. Click Publish.
The Help others find your page pane is displayed.
8. Click Copy address.
Note: This link is required to complete the configuration of the Taxonomy Dashboard page.
9. Click the icon to close the Help pane.
The Taxonomy Details page is now set up.
To complete the installation of the app, you must link the Taxonomy Dashboard page to Taxonomy Details page. For more information, refer to Link the Taxonomy Details to the Taxonomy Dashboard.
