Easy Taxonomy™ allows you to classify your information for a better search and retrieval, and effective retention and disposition.
On the Easy Taxonomy Dashboard page you will be able to create a new taxonomy or import an existing taxonomy from an Excel file.
You can create a Taxonomy at the function level, sub-function level or business process level, depending on the level of granularity of your classification schema.
Easy Taxonomy has a bilingual interface, and allows you to create your taxonomy in English, French or bilingual, providing you with a classification that is understood by every member of your organization allowing better classification of business information.
The taxonomy can be published directly from the app to the SharePoint Term Store and it can also be exported as a Term Set.
The Taxonomy Dashboard page is accessible from the left navigation.
