In case the organization is more accustomed to working in MS Teams, it is recommended to integrate the Taxonomy Dashboard with MS Teams to allow easy access.
1. Navigate to the SharePoint site where the Taxonomy App was installed.
2. In the Add real-time chat window, at the bottom of the left navigation, click Add Microsoft Teams.
The Add Microsoft Teams dialog is displayed.
3. Click Continue.
The Pin resources as tabs in Teams pane is displayed.
4. On the Pages tab select the Taxonomy Dashboard page, if it is not available, jump to the next step.
5. Click Add Teams.
The SharePoint site gets refreshed and the Teams is added to the left navigation.
6. Click Teams.
Microsoft Teams is displayed with Taxonomy Dashboard integrated on its page.
7. in the case where the Taxonomy Dashboard was not added in the step #4, click the Add a tab plus sign.
8. Select SharePoint in the Apps
9. Select the Pages tab
10. Select the Taxonomy Dashboard
11. Click Save
12. Click the Taxonomy Dashboard tab.
The Taxonomy Dashboard page is displayed, allowing you to access/import taxonomies.
